The poster board size is 194 cm wide X 110 cm high (landscape format). Please create your poster so that it fits this poster board size.

Posters can be affixed by double-sided adhesive tape, available near your poster board.

Posters should be mounted at 8:00 am for morning presentations and between 13:00 till 14:00 pm for afternoon presentations.

During the mounting periods, assistance may be obtained from the Poster Assistance desk, where adhesive tape will be available.

Removal: Material from the morning sessions must be removed imperatively at 13:00 to allow the afternoon shift. Please respect this quick removal so that the afternoon poster presenters may mount their material. Posters of the afternoon sessions must be removed at 17:30. If posters are not removed in a timely manner, they will be removed by volunteers and recycled at the end of each day.

A Printshop for posters pickup will be available at the venue from June 25-28, open daily, Tuesday – Friday from 9:00-17:00.

You can pre-order your poster prints in advance and conveniently pick them up onsite during the opening hours.

Due to the high volume of posters at the Forum, we recommend to send your poster at least 5 working days before arrival to messe@printshop.at  and make sure you receive a confirmation for your order.

Please be aware that poster prints cannot be produced directly on-site (delivery of orders to the printshop takes between 24-48 hours) so pre ordering is highly recommended.
