Educational Opportunities & Programme Support

A sponsored session gives you the opportunity to contribute to the FENS Forum 2024 programme. The programme of the Sponsored Session is designed by you and can be of any kind (e.g. symposium, workshop), with a minimum of 2 speakers, and will have to be approved by the programme committee.

Sponsored Sessions are included in the programme, available on the Forum’s website and app.

Session 60min / Lunch or Coffee Break slots / 400+ pax room:   EUR 15,000
Session 90min / End of the day slots / 800+ pax room:   EUR 15,000

Situated in a prominent location within the Exhibition, the Open Theatre is one of the highlights of FENS Forum 2024. Hosting a broad variety of activities and topics onstage, it is expected to be a success. Your talk or session will be listed on the Forum’s website and app.

Session 30min (coffee or lunch break):   EUR 6,000

FENS offers opportunities to support existing high-level sessions at FENS Forum 2024, helping you achieving wide reach, brand visibility, and targeted awareness of your contribution to the field.

The sponsor’s support will be acknowledged in the session description in the Programme, and onsite on a slide at the beginning of the session. In addition, the supporter is verbally acknowledged onsite. The high-level session types available for sponsorship are:

Plenary Lecture: EUR 18,000
Verbal acknowledgement in the session’s introduction by the session chair.

The Brain Debate: EUR 18,000
Verbal acknowledgement in the session’s introduction by the FENS President.

Symposium: EUR 12,000
Verbal acknowledgement in the session’s introduction by the session chair.

Technical Workshop: EUR 5,000
Verbal acknowledgement in the session’s introduction.
