The FENS Forum venue offers wheelchair access and is accessible to guests with mobility or functional disabilities. All meeting spaces, halls and session rooms are easily accessible for all participants, with accessible toilets, providing support for the disabled on all levels.

There are several dedicated parking spaces available with direct access to elevators. Also, taxis can use the designated drop-off points at the main entrance.
